We create artisan, hand crafted pizzas, calzones, wraps, and salads. We make our organic dough daily using wheat flour, wheat germ, whole wheat flour, rye, and flax seeds. Our house-made vegetarian pizza sauce includes organic tomatoes, fresh herbs and spices. We blend four cheeses to top the pizzas. Salads are fresh and nicely compliment the pizzas and calzones. Our natural ice creams and sorbets are made locally by Christina's of Cambridge. We don't even own a deep fryer! Ecco Pizzeria's premises and practices are environmentally friendly.
