The Plimoth Grist Mill uses antique millstones powered by water to mill stone ground cornmeal, sampe (grits), and other corn products for both production and demonstration. We are proud to work with local farmers who grow heirloom varieties of corn for the Mill, and are always looking for more farming partners. The Plimoth Grist Mill is a certified organic food handler.
